Lion-tailed Monkey

The lion-tailed monkey is a member of the macaque family, and a close relative of the pig-tailed monkey. Slightly smaller than the pig-tailed monkey, the male lion-tailed monkey weighs only 15 lbs. The coat is black and like the pig-tailed monkey, the lion-tailed monkey has a distinctive black cap of hair on top of the head. The cheeks have tufts of hair and the eyelids are quite white, much lighter than those of the pigtailed monkey. MORE! [BM] {FW}
