Langur inhabit a specific area, having special sleeping trees and a core area which is protected from other troops. The individual troops, usually numbering no more than 10 individuals, are tightly woven. The best known member of the langur family is the "entellus". Reaching up to 50 lbs they are quite large. In India these silvery-grey monkeys are considered sacred. [BM] {FW}
