Linsang
The linsang is a sleek and long-bodied mammal. Of the 2
species of linsang, the largest reaches 2 1/2 feet in length, of which half is tail. The body of the
linsang is incredibly slender, with a weight generally no greater than 1 1/2 lbs. The legs of the
linsang are short, the whiskers long, and the coat is extremely soft marked by white with overlaid
spots and stripes of deep brown. The linsang hunts such prey as lizards, birds, frogs and insects. MORE!
