Sorry, No Picture! Sun bears are the smallest members of the bear family. They reach lengths of only 4 feet, with a very short 2 inch tail. They stand approximately 2 feet at the shoulder and an adult male may weigh up to 200 lb. The sun bear has short limbs, long claws and spends a great deal of time in the trees.
