Mink 2
Ranging between
17 and 26 inches the mink has a long and slender body. Like other members of the weasel family
the mink has very short legs and a small head. The eyes are set close together and the ears are very
small. The tail which is 5 to 9 inches in length is bushy. Minks are very comfortable both on land
and in the water, differing in this regard from other members of the weasel family. Minks are
commonly found along wooded riverbanks, marshes and lakes.MORE!
