Tiger 2
The striped fur of the tiger is quite thick. In colder climates, such as Siberia, the coat of the tiger is shaggy.
Tigers are solitary animals, only coming together during mating season. Every 3 years a female
tiger may give birth to as many as 6 cubs. There is a high mortality rate among cubs, with an
average of 2 surviving to adulthood. The cubs stay with their mother until they are 2 years of age.
During this time she teaches them to hunt. MORE!
