The leopard is a beautiful and strong member of the big cat family. The leopard reaches up to 8 ft in length, with an additional 3 ft of tail. The male leopard may weigh up to 150 lb. The female leopard is smaller. The greatly prized skin of the leopard is yellowish-brown in colour, overlaid with dark rosettes.
