Jaguar 2
Jaguars are solitary animals, residing over and protecting a given territory. A successful hunter,
the jaguar feeds on monkeys, deers and sloths. The jaguar also appears to
have a fondness for turtles, turtle eggs and fish, which it catches by waiting patiently along a
riverbank. Jaguars are very good swimmers and are able to climb trees
with great ease. Found primarily in dense jungle the jaguar is found from the southern United
States to Patagonia.
