Sorry, No Picture! Bobcats feed on many small mammals including rabbits, hares, squirrels and mice. Young bobcats, or kits, are born any time of the year, with up to 4 in a litter. Despite deforestation and urbanization bobcats have survived well. Being rather small in size and fairly adaptable the bobcat remains abundant in many parts of the United States.
