Arctic Fox 3
Arctic foxes feed on a wide variety of foods, including lemmings, hares and birds. This Arctic fox is roaming the summer tundra.
It is not uncommon for 2 to 3 Arctic foxes to follow a polar bear during the winter, when food in
scarce, to feed on the remains of the kills. Polar bears usually feed only on the
blubber of seals, leaving the foxes with the meat and entrails. Arctic foxes are found in the Arctic regions
of Canada, Asia and Europe. Back to Arctic Fox.
