Bushpig 2
Bushpigs have long lower tusks, reaching up to 8 inches in length.
These tusked animals are shy and secretive, foraging for food mainly in the cover of the night. They feed
primarily on fruits and roots. Much vegetation is dependent on the actions of the bushpig.
Bushpigs are responsible for cutting up the compact ground with their sharp hooves, loosening
and aerating the soil.MORE!
