Hippopotamus 4
The only known enemy to the
hippopotamus, aside from man, is the lion. Despite this lack of natural enemies the number of
hippopotamus have greatly decreased. Once found throughout Africa, they are now extinct north
of Khartoum and south of the Zambezi River.Back to Hippopotamus.
