Sorry, No Picture! The legs of the okapi have distinct white strips, very much like a zebra. The rest of the body is covered by a velvety coat which ranges in colour from rich red to deep chestnut brown. The face is white, the tip of the muzzle is blackish and there is a grey patch on the crown of the head. Male okapis have short horns which are covered by skin. Like the giraffe the skin of the okapi is thick and rubbery.MORE! [BM] {FW}
