Llama 2
These range in height from 3 feet to 6 feet and may weigh
up to 300 lbs. These well adapted mountain dwellers have long been domesticated and used as
pack animals, used for food and used to provide wool and hide for clothing and sandals. Not a
single part of the llama is wasted. Llamas are unique as their hemoglobin takes in high amounts
of oxygen, allowing the llama to live successfully at heights were the air is thin
with little oxygen.
