Musk-ox are the gentle beast of the north. Standing on barren, wind swept outcroppings, the musk-ox is one of the few animals able to endure the Arctic cold. Instead of seeking shelter when the temperature drops and the icy chill is bone breaking, the musk-ox stands as a solitary rock.
