Impalas live in large herds, numbering up to 300 during mating season. Outside of mating season the does and fawns herd together, separate from the bucks. These bucks are sparring. A single fawn is born to each doe in December or January. It is during these months that the grass which the impalas feed on, is most lush and abundant. MORE! [BM] {FW}
