Gaur
Guars are the largest of the wild cattle, with bulls standing 6 feet in height and weighing just
under 1 ton. Having black coats with white below the knees, the horns
may reach 25 inches in length. The horns grow outwards, gently curving
upward. When threatened by a potential predator whole herds of guars will lower their horns and
swing their heads from side to side, impaling anything that comes in contact with their formidable
weapons. MORE!
