Gazelle 2
The different species of gazelles vary only slightly in coat colour and pattern. Most have
fawn coloured coats highlighted by black bands along the flanks and white underbelly. All male
gazelles have slightly curved horns; if horns are present on female gazelles, they are only very
short stumps. The Grant's gazelle captured in this photograph has lovely horns. Gazelles have been
persecuted for the prize of their horns. MORE!
