Dik-dik
There are 6 species of small antelope known as dik-dik . Standing no more then 16 inches at the shoulder, they weigh between 7 and 11 lbs. Males can
be distinguished from females as they are smaller in size and have short horns nestled in a tuft of
hair at the top of the head. Dik-diks have grey or rust coloured coats that are very soft. The
underparts of the dik-dik are white, the ears are large and the muzzle is quite bulbous and hairy. MORE!
