Pipet
There are approximately 50 species of small grey birds known as pipets. Reaching 6 to 7
inches in length the pipet has slender, pointed wings and relatively long legs. This ground
dweller eats small insects that live on the ground or in grasses. The pipet is found on
every continent, from the cold fields of the Antarctica to the hot grasslands of
Africa.
