Mynah

There are approximately 7 species of mynah. These medium sized birds can reach a length of 15 inches. The common mynah has a short tail, blunt wings, strong legs, thick, gently curved orange beak with brown plumage highlighted by black and white wings. Several species of mynah are appreciated for their colourful plumage and ability to 'talk', making them popular cage birds. Mynah are found in southern Asia.
