Fairy Bluebird
Easily spotted, even in dense foliage, the fairy bluebird has beautiful blue and black
plumage. Reaching approximately 8.5 inches in length, this bird lives in small flocks,
feeding together in the upper canopy. At noon the fairy bluebird can be seen drinking and
bathing along streams. This stunning jungle bird ranges from India to the
Philippines.
