Cardinal
The cardinal is a beautiful North American finch. Coloured with red plumage, black throat and crest, the cardinal is a welcomed backyard visitor. The female cardinal, not quite as vibrant as the male, has plumage of brown mixed with red. Cardinals are approximately 9 inches in length, have stout bodies and rounded wings. MORE! [BM] {FW}
