Spoonbill
The 6 species of spoonbill all closely resemble the ibis. Spoonbills differ as they have
long and flattened bills. While feeding the bill is swung from side
to side, sifting out small animals from the water. Aside from this unique physical feature
the spoonbill is like the ibis with long neck and legs. All spoonbills have white plumage
with the exception of this Roseate Spoonbill. MORE!
