Nightjar 2
Almost invisible to the unsuspecting eye, the nightjar sits motionless during daylight hours
on a blanket of dead leaves or sand. Well camouflaged, the nightjar has mottled plumage of
brown, white, grey and black. They reach 10.5 inches in length.
