Leopard Frog
This common North American frog is frequently used for labratory work and for study within schools. Leopard
frogs can be found in a variety of habitats including marshes, ponds and meadows. Their smooth green skin is
highlighted by light edged dark spots and light lateral ridges along the back. They range in size from 5 to
13 cm.
