Seed Bug
The seed bug belongs to the second largest family of bugs in North America. Seed bugs are often dull
brown or green to camouflage with their environment. They have received their name through their
habit of sucking juices from developing seeds or dry seeds. They have oval bodies and range in size
from 8 to 18mm. They have fully developed forewings and their antennae are located low on the
head.
