Sowbugs
The Sowbug, which contrary to what is implied by its name, is not an insect. The Sowbug is a
crustacean. However, it lacks a carapace, a hard, protective shell. The Sowbug has 7 pairs of leg-like
appendages and they are found under rocks or bark. Sowbugs are also known as Pillbugs.
