Small Intestine
The small intestine is part of the body's digestive
system. In the small intestine the digestion of
carbohydrates, proteins, and fats is completed. The
small intestine helps to absorb most of these molecules
into the circulatory system. The small intestine is
divided into three different parts or areas: the
