Swimming Breaststroke

SWIMMING The breaststroke was established in Great Britain after the first successful channel swim by Captain Webb in 1875. Hands act as paddles and are pulled backward. Legs move in a frog like action, pushing you forward with the help of the arms. MORE! [BA] {SM}
