flexibility, endurance, speed and coordination. These
attributes are not unique of karate, but instead how they are used
together is the
uniqueness. The goal of karate is to strike your
opponent without being struck, while
staying balanced enough to weaken
your opponent's strength and balance to protect yourself
with
