Gymnastics Vault
For both men and
women the vault performance is given a
level of difficulty and then is
rated out of that
level. Problems
with form, height or landing
result in deduction, that leads to
a final
score. A run followed by a jump with hands
landing on the horse with a stretch in the after
flight ending with a soft and controlled landing.
