The foundations of the bobrun is made of either concrete or stone. This foundation is covered with snow and saturated with water and allowed to freeze. On the more extreme turns there are steep banks, as high as 6m, with an overhanging lip, to prevent the bobs from flying off the track. The bobs are made of steel and aluminum, steered by turning the front axel by rope or wheel. MORE! [BM] {NR}
