The latter part of the 20th Century has witnessed rapid reforms within this church as it struggles to break apart from anti-religious propaganda and government domination. The existence and health of the Russian Orthodox church is still to be determined in these new and uncertain times. Hopefully the millions of adherents will be able to lift their weary heads to face the dawning of a new age. This is a small rural church in Russia. [BM] {ED}
