Calvinism
John Calvin, 1509-1564, was a French theologian who was a great influence on the Reformation movement.
The doctrines and practices of Calvin and his followers have come to be known as Calvinism.
Calvin's ideas primarily influenced Christians in France, England, Scotland, and the Netherlands. This nativity painting
by the School of Peter Paul Rubens was created in the Netherlands.
