Roman Mythology 5
ROMAN MYTHOLOGY The Roman gods assumed features that Greek mythology and beliefs had created for Greek gods. This Roman-Greek religion finally came to an end c. 312AD, as emperor Constantine, seen here in this sculpture, was converted to Christianity. Shortly after, in 391AD, emperor Theodosius prohibited paganism, and thus came an end to the ancient Roman religion. Back to Roman Mythology. [BM] {ED}
