Criminal Procedure
Upon the proper arrest and arraignment of a suspect trial begins. The
prosecuters present their
case first and the defendant presents his last. If the defendant
is deemed not guilty then the
case against him ends. If the verdict guilty is derived then
the defendant may wish to appeal
on grounds that improper procedure or misleading evidence
was presented before or during the
trial. In Anglo-American law a man is innocent until
proven guilty so the burden of proof is
on the government.
