Full Employment, in an economic sense, means that society's resources are being used efficiently. Economists use employment figures to determine how efficiently the economy is producing and consuming commodities. If there are any unused or excess resources in the system then way say there is unemployment. This means that resources (human or natural) are being used inefficiently.
