Early Canada

There were many regional wars between the French & the British in the 17th & 18th Centuries. Most small wars were inconclusive except for the Queen Anne's War (1702-13) where Britain won control of Acadia, Newfoundland & the Hudson Bay. Britain also managed to capture New France in 1759, although most of Canada was French speaking. [BA] {UA}
