Weather Phenomena

Phenomena are unusual or extraordinary, observable events. When talking about weather, phenomena include many of the wondrous and devastating effects of weather. [AM] {GC} {WW}
Extreme weather conditions sometimes interrupt the usual pattern of weather in some areas. In other places, extreme weather conditions are experienced each year as part of the seasonal pattern.
