This surrealist painting, Trinity, created by Planetts in 1929, is an excellent example of the use of space. Perspective-Space refers to the illusion of depth in a painting or drawing. Space is illusional in a painting or drawing because the artist is creating three-dimensional depth on a flat two-dimensional surface such as a piece of paper or canvas. [MH] {NR}
