Three Main Vocal Groups

There developed 3 main vocal groups for men and another 3 for women. The lowest of the men is the bass voice, and the others are baritone and tenor. For women, the voices from lowest to highest are contralto, mezzo-soprano, and soprano (these words coming from the Latin tongue). [AW] {JO}
