Works of Shakespeare
Shakespeare spent his life dedicated to the theatre.
He died on April 23, 1616; his 52nd birthday.
Beginning with Henry VI, part II in 1591, and ending with Henry VIII in 1613, Shakespeare wrote a total of 37 works.
These works touched upon every human emotion and characteristic (from ugliness to beauty; generousity to greed) and every situation and style (such as tragedy and comedy).
Even today, the meanings in his works can still be understood and that is why they are still so popular today.
